Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

e) If you approach us with a low ATS score from another website.

Ejobs Tech does not engage in discussions or respond to requests related to ATS scores, as we believe these scores lack credibility and are often used as marketing tactics by resume writing websites. Additionally, for the first 60 days following your final draft approval, if you require additional points for a specific job or need modifications related to a particular position, we offer these services at no extra cost upon request.

Revision Requests: You are entitled to unlimited revisions, but it’s important to maintain active communication. The gap between two successive revisions must not exceed 30 days. If this limit is surpassed, the writer may close your case. In such cases, repurchasing your resume pack may be necessary.
