While we offer multiple revisions to ensure your satisfaction, if you find yourself completely dissatisfied with the initial draft and wish to cancel the order, you can request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the first draft.
In the event of service cancellation, only the amount for undelivered services will be refunded. The services that have been delivered will be charged in full, excluding any voucher discounts applicable at the time of order placement, which will not apply to the delivered services. The amount communicated at the time of order placement will be considered final while calculating the refund amount.
Guarantee: Ejobs Tech guarantees complete customer satisfaction. To initiate a refund request, please send a written email within 48 hours of receiving the first draft of your resume. Following your request, an investigation will be conducted to validate the claim. If the request is deemed genuine, Ejobs Tech will initiate the refund process within the next 7 working days. It is important to note that delays in refund requests may impact the processing, as per our policy.
Please be aware that Ejobs Tech does not guarantee job placements with any of our services. Additionally, we do not assure clients of specific ATS scores, as these scores are not universally quantifiable and lack standardization across platforms.
Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:
a) If you fail to provide a written email expressing your concerns within 48 hours of receiving your resume delivery,
b) If you decide to alter your initial resume development requirements,
c) If you are a returning customer,
d) If you have already approved your resume and/or are within the support period,
e) If you approach us with a low ATS score from another website.
Ejobs Tech does not engage in discussions or respond to requests related to ATS scores, as we believe these scores lack credibility and are often used as marketing tactics by resume writing websites. We remain committed to delivering exceptional services and supporting your career journey effectively.
At Ejobs Tech, we prioritize your satisfaction. You can request multiple iterations for your resume until you are content with the final version. Additionally, for the first 60 days following your final draft approval, if you require additional points for a specific job or need modifications related to a particular position, we offer these services at no extra cost upon request.
Revision Requests: You are entitled to unlimited revisions, but it’s important to maintain active communication. The gap between two successive revisions must not exceed 30 days. If this limit is surpassed, the writer may close your case. In such cases, repurchasing your resume pack may be necessary.
Minor Revisions: We understand that minor modifications may arise even after the initial period. Ejobs Tech provides ongoing support for minor enhancements, ensuring your resume remains current.
Support: Our premium clients enjoy dedicated support for six months, allowing them to request minor updates, resume changes, and address concerns without additional charges. Please note that significant ‘requirement changes’ are not covered under this support period. We are committed to ensuring your resume aligns seamlessly with your evolving career journey.

However, job placement outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control, such as market conditions and individual application processes.
